1. Temperature
1) Temperature is the biggest factor affecting the accuracy of the measuring machine.
2) In the measuring equipment room, the temperature increases from the bottom up. And it's changing all the time. Therefore, the temperature difference of each axis grating and the temperature difference of the parts will affect the accuracy of the measuring machine.
3) Unreasonable temperature control methods (turn on the air conditioner when in use, turn off the air conditioner after shutdown) will lead to indoor temperature instability. The temperature is constantly changing. When the machine is in an unstable state, the measurement accuracy will be poor.
Solutions and requirements
1) In the measurement software, we can adjust the effect of temperature by linear correction and temperature correction.
2) Heat sources such as electrical equipment and computers should be kept at a certain distance from the measuring machine.
3) It is best to choose frequency conversion air conditioning, and the location of air conditioning should be reasonably planned. It is forbidden to blow directly from the air conditioner to the measuring machine. Due to the temperature difference between the upper and lower levels, the wind direction should form a large circulation to keep the indoor air temperature balance.
4) Turn on the air conditioner at work and turn off the air conditioner at work every morning.
5) The measuring room must be insulated, and the indoor doors and Windows should be closed to reduce temperature loss and avoid sun exposure.
6) Strengthen the management of measuring tool room, and no redundant personnel shall be retained.
2. The accuracy of the compensationfile
The equipment accuracy compensation file is used to record accuracy error data, and the measurement software compensates based on these data. When installing the software, if you forget to install the compensation file or lose the backup file, it will lead to poor accuracy and need to re-calibrate the machine accuracy.

3. The correctness and accuracy of probe correction
During the probe calibration process, if the sphere is not clean or fixed, or the wrong stylus length or sphere diameter is input, the software may be called to compensate for the error, which will affect the measurement accuracy and even lead to abnormal collision and damage to the equipment.
Solutions and requirements
1) Keep the ball and stylus clean.
2) Ensure that the probe quill, probe and sphere are fixed.
3) Enter the correct stylus length and ball diameter.
4) Correct ruby ball diameter and repeatability according to shape errors (different extension bar lengths will result in different diameters).
5) When using different probe positions, after adjusting all probe positions, check the calibration accuracy by measuring the coordinates of the center point of the sphere.
6) When the accuracy requirement is high, we need to re-calibrate the probe.
4. The shape error of the measured part and the correct selection of the reference
1) When the measured part has obvious burrs, the repeatability is poor, so that the operator can not get accurate measurement results.
2) Incorrect measurement reference will lead to calculation error.
